Whether you’re looking for a way to get a little more comfort in your work boots on the job site, have unique or different feet that require special inserts, or just want a little more spring in your step – Red Wing’s 3D printed Custom Orthotics are literally a perfectly-fit solution.
Fitting Procedure
Step 1: Get The Perfect Footwear
If you’re looking to get a pair of 3D Printed Custom Orthotics for your footwear, here’s the procedure:
- Visit your closest Red Wing Shoe Store
- We’ll conduct a quick interview to discover your needs (based on your preferences, job, etc.)
- You’ll step onto our 3D scanner that maps and analyzes thousands and thousands of data points – about the size and shape of your feet, how you carry your weight, and more.
With that data, we’ll be able to recommend a pair of Red Wing Shoes footwear that perfectly fits your needs… but that’s not all!
Step 2: Get Perfectly-Fit Insoles
If you’d like – we’ll take each and every data point generated by our 3D scanning technology and send it off to our 3D Printed Custom Orthotics facility. They’ll take it from there, and create custom insoles that are designed specifically for your exact feet – and nobody else’s. A little while later, these inserts will be at your front door, ready to be put into your footwear.
The days of one-size-fits-all boots with cookie cutter insoles are over.
