Oil, Clean, & Polish Service

The best way to keep your Red Wing work boots and shoes in good repair is to keep them clean. Not only does the use of genuine Red Wing shoe oil help protect your boots, it also keeps them looking like new for even longer, which is why every 30 days you can bring your boots into our store and have your them professionally cleaned, oiled, and polished till they shine like new.

Laces

It’s true that every one of our shoelaces is tested for 50,000 repetitions of tying and untying, but that doesn’t mean that they won’t eventually need to be replaced. When you bring your shoes in for their monthly cleaning we’ll assess the condition of your laces and if they need to be replaced we’ll do just that, at no cost to you. This way you never have the excuse of broken or frayed laces to use for not wearing your Red Wing boots.

Insole Assessment

While the outside of our boots may seem to last forever, eventually the insoles will start to fade. When you bring your boots in for their monthly check-up we don’t just give them a once over and send you on your way, we ask how they feel when you’re walking. By both looking at your insoles and talking with you to find out how they feel when you’re wearing them, we can determine if you need to invest in Red Wing insoles or even orthotics to help protect your feet, ankles, and knees for the long term.

In addition to talking with you, we even have a machine that allows us to see how your feet are supporting you and to pick out the perfect insoles to fit the needs of your feet so that you’ll be wearing your boots in comfort every time you pull them on.

Minor Repairs

Even our boots need the occasional small repairs. We’re fully equipped to do minor repairs to your boots up to and including a complete resoling of your Red Wing boots. When you bring in your boots for their monthly review, we don’t just clean them, we look to see if there’s anything that needs to be done to extend the life of your boots beyond their already considerable lifespan.
