Virginia’s Newest Red Wing Shoes Store is open in Charlottesville!
The long wait is over: Red Wing Charlottesville is now open!
We completed our build way ahead of schedule thanks to the hardworking folks at the store and are up and running as of today! Our newest store, located at 1926 Abbey Road (at Pantops next to Giant Food) in Charlottesville is fully stocked with a huge selection of Red Wing shoes, boots, accessories, products, and the staff that makes the Red Wing shoe buying experience so great!
What to Expect
The goal at Red Wing Charlottesville is to create a shoe-buying experience like no other! You can get a pair of boots from anywhere, but trust us – you won’t find a higher quality product complemented with higher level service anywhere in the state of Virginia(unless you are at one of our Richmond locations!) Red Wing Charlottesville will carry all of the Red Wing collections, including the Heritage Collection, the Vasque Collection, the Irish Setter collection, the WORX collection, and the shoes that have created our reputation for enduring quality, Red Wing Work boots.

To show you what Red Wing Charlottesville is all about…we’ll clean and polish ANY boots this month… for free!
If you’re thinking that this all sounds like a bunch of marketing mumbo-jumbo to get you into the store, let us stop you right there! We fully believe in “walking the walk” and we want to prove it to you. During the remainder of July and all of August, if you bring any pair of boots up to Red Wing Charlottesville, we will clean, polish and condition them, free of charge. Doesn’t matter if they’re not Red Wing boots or if they’re older than the JPJ arena… we’ll clean them up, turn the eyelets and replace the laces…all on the house! It’s just our way of introducing ourselves and thanking you for letting us open a new store in your beautiful city.
